Getting your property posted to the MLS is a simple and fast process that can be accomplished by following the steps below.  IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND VERIFIABLE - DO NOT GUESS OR INPUT INCORRECT INFORMATION - THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH THE BUYER OR BUYER'S BROKER THAT COULD RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.   If you do not know a specific piece of information, please make a note of it in the "comments" section at the bottom of the form, call us at 505-891-0900 or email us at for assistance.

We strive to make our listing process as simple as possible, if you do not know the answer to a required field simply enter 999 or ZZZ in the field and we will work with you to locate the information.  The typical turn time for a listing from submitting the worksheet to being posted is less than two business day.  Most of the information that we ask for can be accessed from documents most folks have on hand;  a past appraisal or floorplan of the property (for square footage), a surveyor's "Improvement Location Report" or Survey (for lot size) and your most recent property tax bill (for tax information).  We will be happy to assist with any information that you do not have - just email or give us a call.


Step 1.   Gather property information
In order to complete your listing we need to collect MLS required information about the property.  Please complete and submit the MLS data worksheet for your area which you will find below:

ALBUQUERQUE AREA - This includes Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia Counties and surrounding areas.  There are two worksheets required for the Albuquerque MLS.

Step 2.  Email your property photos
Attach and email your photos to the VTomardy@cableone.netPlease indicate main property photo and the order in which you would like additional photos (up to 15 in ABQ and 15 in SF/LA) to appear.   A maximum of 4 photos will be placed on Realtor.Com and will be selected in the order in which they are listed (photo1, photo2 etc.)  We do not control how the photos are placed in and can not facilitate changes or corrections to this site.  Digital photography services available in Albuquerque, request more information.

Step 3.  Execute the listing agreement and prove ownership   
Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, a limited service listing agreement will be prepared and emailed to you along with a "Seller's Residential Property Disclosure" and other required disclosures.  Review and complete these forms and Docusign, fax or email back to us along with a copy of the driver's license of all owners on title to (888) 280-0745.

Step 4.  Review and approve MLS data sheet    
Upon receipt and acceptance of your agreement, photos and property disclosure your data will be posted to the MLS.  A copy of the MLS printout will be emailed to you for review and approval.  Once you have reviewed and noted any corrections, fax back to (888) 280-0745.

We are afforded a 48 hour turn-time to post your MLS listing, we typically complete the posting within that time frame.  WE CANNOT POST YOUR MLS LISTING IF THE ABOVE STEPS ARE NOT COMPLETED ACCURATELY.    Avoid possible delays by following the steps and let us assist you with any questions or concerns.
